CEO & Founder
Kobi Lahav
Kobi Lahav is the Founder and Lead Broker for View Israel, which focuses on luxury real estate investments in Israel, where Kobi is from, as well as the Senior Managing Director of sales at Living NY, a praised New York real estate brokerage specializing in sales, investments, and rentals in Manhattan/Brooklyn & Queens.
Kobi was born and raised in Israel and has a long history of success and leadership in the real estate industry, both locally and internationally. From working with Israeli Premier law firm Meitar as a corporate lawyer to starting his own successful business in NYC, Kobi has always been driven, detailed, and determined.

Bio
Since 2007, Kobi has been working in the New York City real estate industry, but he has always held a special place for Israel and the many amazing cities within. Always pushing himself to go further, Kobi grew professionally and personally by graduating from the Executive MBA Program at NYU Stern School of Business, specializing in Finance, Banking, and Management. For Kobi, his client’s needs are always at the top of his list, and he has spent decades developing his abilities and skills to meet the needs of his local and international clients!
In 2015, Kobi began working as the Senior Managing Director of Mdrn Residential and quickly was promoted to take the role of CEO in the company. In 2020, Kobi took the role of Sr. Managing Director of sales at Living NY.
Kobi’s passion for real estate has led him to build two more real estate related businesses: a co-working office space for Psychotherapists, which he built with his wife, and a Student Housing Investment business, where he partnered with two experts in the field to buy and operate properties near Ivy League schools. Kobi also serves as a board member in a multimillion-dollar real estate investment company specializing in multifamily investments in Florida. His history and ties to Israel, along with his personal relationships with luxury developers, property managers, and brokers, made his creation of View Israel the perfect next step in his long list of successful companies and endeavors.
